STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LAW AND RELATED SCIENCES (AIDSC/IALRS)

Mission of the Association. Developing theoretical and applicative scientific research activities. Informing the scientific community about research results by promoting them; organizing national and international scientific events; participation in other such events organized by other similar institutions; editing volumes of conferences or scientific articles, studies, reviews, scientific papers, or practice volumes. Achieving close cooperation with the scientific excellence research community, both in the country and abroad.
Purpose of the Association. The Association aims to promote fundamental and applicative scientific excellence and creativity in the field of legal sciences and related sciences, by stimulating the collaboration with different institutions in the country and abroad, the exchange of ideas, the organization of post-graduate courses, workshops, summer courses, etc., as well as the capitalization of the results obtained by publishing, in collaboration with national and foreign publishing houses, courses, monographs, studies, articles, volumes of jurisprudence.
Objectives of the Association.
Collaboration with researchers, specialists and practitioners from the Romanian, European and international space in the fields of legal and related sciences. Cooperation with institutions, organizations, associations, universities, from the country and abroad, for the development of fundamental and applied scientific research in the fields of legal and related sciences. Accessing national, structural and European funds for development. Promoting, supporting and improving projects and legislation. Proposing postgraduate or life-long training programs in the fields of legal and related sciences, in collaboration with public institutions, higher education universities in the country and abroad and / or research institutes. Organizing summer schools. Organizing conferences, symposiums, workshops on various topics specific to the fields of legal and related sciences, including master students, doctoral students and young researchers. Initiating and developing direct contacts between similar organizations for the same purpose. Collaborating with the central and local public administration bodies for the coordination of public policies in the field of research, development and innovation, especially with a view to attracting private, national and international investments in scientific research in the fields of legal and related sciences. Participating in consortia or interregional, and/or international networks, aimed at strengthening the partnership in the development of fundamental and applied scientific research, professional training, exchange of experience and specialization in the fields concerned.
